To respond to requests, assess product or partner fit, coordinate demos and evaluations, prepare proposals, provide agreed services, maintain business records, operate the website, prevent abuse and manage communication preferences.
The website is hosted on Netlify, uses Netlify Forms and embeds Cal.com for direct appointment scheduling. Relevant business inquiry information may be shared with CyberServal when needed to evaluate or support a requested opportunity.
Cal.com processes the name, business email, organization, selected time, time zone and booking answers needed to display availability and create the meeting. MapleAegis records booking milestones but does not copy attendee details into its website analytics database.
MapleAegis records page paths without queries, event types, high-level source, country and device class using Netlify and Neon. Raw IP addresses, form contents, email addresses, submitted Snapshot targets and full referrer URLs are not stored. No analytics cookie is created; DNT and GPC are respected; private routes are excluded; events expire after 90 days.
This website uses Leadfeeder (a Dealfront service) to identify the organizations — not the individual people — behind website visits, by matching visit IP addresses to company profiles. It does not reveal names or email addresses and is not used for advertising. Prevent it with a content blocker or by visiting from a non-corporate network; email us to object. A previously used service (Swan) was removed on July 13, 2026.
We record the submitted domain, Acceptable Use statement version and acceptance time, plus hashed IP and user-agent values for abuse prevention and dispute records. This acknowledgement is not ownership verification. Private reports expire after 30 days.
The private workflow records domain-control proof, authorized scope, test window, authorization, sanitized evidence and human decisions. Temporary credentials are encrypted to the approved worker key, time-limited and deleted after use, cancellation, revocation or failure.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal or contractual obligations, dispute resolution and security, with administrative and technical measures appropriate to its nature.
You may ask to access or correct personal information held by MapleAegis, or request deletion where applicable, by emailing info@mapleaegis.ca. Commercial email includes a working unsubscribe method.
